The Life Insurance Industry Performance Barometer provides Life Companies with a thorough assessment of their service delivery performance through the eyes of advisers, policyholders and claims customers. In addition to insights from each of the three studies (the adviser, policyholder and claims customer studies) combine via a common measurement framework to provide each Life Company with an integrated and holistic view of how well they are performing in servicing their clients. The Life Insurance Industry Performance Barometer is designed to assist Life Companies improve their service delivery in areas that are most important to advisers, policyholders and claimants.
The Annual Consumers’ Choice Awards was held in November 2018 and was based on advised policyholder and claims customer feedback collected in October 2018.
